The service life does not exceed 90 days

In October of this year, the handle on which it is attached to the keychain broke. I bought it in June, so just after the 90 day guarantee. So I doubt they will replace it. Unfortunately this was to keep the key from falling off my keychain and it wasn't strong enough to hold it in place. upset.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Expensive

Does its main job for interiors

I needed this for a key fob which plastic key ring broke. Once you put this stretchable case on, it fits like a glove and you can attach your keychain. It does NOT have holes for the buttons that open and close the minivan sliding doors, but I didn't need them as my van is old and the motors on my side doors don't work anymore anyway.

Hope this helps for Interior

After thirteen years the contact in my key broke and I could not solder it back to service. I had to spend almost $200 for a new key and I figured this soft case might protect the key from accidental impact. It's hard to judge, but at least it sits well enough on the button (the holes don't exactly line up with the buttons) to ensure proper function.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • There are doubts

So far so good, best in interiors

Our key ring has been broken for years and we finally thought we could get a suitcase. Works great so far. The ring is also made of a flexible material so I don't know about durability yet but my 17 year old son uses it and hasn't had any problems so far and I'm sure he isn't very careful with keys. I wish they had more colors but I understand this is an old car and probably an old key design. I was lucky to find something.

Pros
  • Excellent overall

Second time on anti-theft

About a year ago I had a key for another Dodge truck and then ordered a rubber cover, no problem. This time I had to order a different rubber cover for a different Dodge truck (Need to ask if the plastic for the key is the same as the 90's Dodge plastic dashboard? Wink) This cover fits great and really does the job, perfect! Umm mine lasted from July to late January, black. I tried ordering the same black rubber cover but the only choice I saw was pink or bluish so it was BLUE! I'd love to…

Great concept, poor durability, mediocre execution.

February: Why didn't I think of that sooner! Carrying around a lost key every day after the plastic loop broke was extremely stressful. Now it's back on my keychain. great June: Rubber loop tore about 6 weeks ago. As a temporary fix, I passed the key ring through the broken part of the hinge and the top hole. This part broke today. As I am considering a new option the only good thing about it compared to the brittle original plastic is that you have a warning before it breaks (it breaks…

Disintegrates within a few months, tearing soft rubber in ear

If you are actively or roughly handling keys and carry more than 3 keys on your keychain, this product will not help you. The eyelet for the ring broke after a few months of use. It's made of soft rubber. Leather and metal keychain cases are available that will last years longer than this piece of crap. Another thing to try is plastic welding if you have a problem which I do with Chrysler key fobs with breakable grommets. I've bought this twice and at this price I could already buy a metal…
