You have to program them into your car which costs $47, cheapest place I could find if the program doesn't charge you another $47

I'm fairly knowledgeable about most electrical equipment and was an AE in the Navy but can't program them myself. On the other hand, the local Ace Unlocks office used a specially programmed computer and programmed it in minutes. Worth every penny.

There is no point in buying it if you don't have an OBDII programmer, otherwise you will have to pay a locksmith or dealer to get it working, in which case it will be cheaper to get it for you. Sorry salesman, mines are now part of my child's toys.

Fabs must be programmed by dealer. The internal circuit boards weren't even identical. I ended up salvaging the original boards already programmed and refurbishing them with parts from a matching board and using rigid cases that fit perfectly. Selling just clams would be a better product.

Bought for a 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6. Follow the instructions on their website closely for my year/make/model, doesn't work. After further research, it turned out that my car doesn't even have on-board remote programming. I don't know where on earth they got this guide from, so I have to wonder how many of their guides for other models are completely wrong as well.
