Worked well for the most part

The local locksmith was able to program one of the two keys. I figured that would be enough as only one backup was really needed. The cost to fully program a key was $70. Still way better than going to your local Toyota dealer!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Compatibility

Worked on my machine! best in Anti-Theft

Went to a locksmith and cut and programmed for my 2013 Corolla. All functions - locking/unlocking the doors, starting, remote locking and unlocking, emergency call button, trunk button - worked perfectly. A great way to save money compared to the dealership!

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Replacement Availability

Save spare parts. Not for programming.

Keys and tags cost much better than at the dealer. I still had to pay $120 to have both keys cut and programmed at the dealer. They also didn't guarantee beforehand that the programming would work, but it did.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Thank you! fits interior

I still had my original key but the electronics inside were broken. I switched it to my original key fob so I didn't have to make a new key followed by YouTube videos on how to reprogram and I'm back in business! Super happy! Saved a lot of money by not going to the dealer!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Concise manual

Delivered with a dead battery

I programmed the ignition to start and it worked. Failed to get remote key to program key recognition. I found that no red LED lights came on when I pressed the buttons, so I paid $10 to have the battery replaced at a local shop (replacing the battery isn't easy). After that the remote could be programmed and the whole key worked.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Keyless Fob Fit Toyota Corolla 2013

Cannot program key to start car. To be honest, I've tried it myself by following YouTube on how to program autostart keys, but to no avail. Also, I refuse to pay a locksmith $150 just to program them to start the car

Pros
  • Replacement for P/N: GQ4-29T
Cons
  • No Instructions

Works on 2011 Toyota Corolla

Works on 2011 Toyota Corolla LE! However, you will need a locksmith to cut and program the transponder chip (included in the key) on your ignition. The remote can be programmed by yourself by opening and closing the driver's door while the ignition is turned to ACC, or you can have a locksmith cut the key and program everything for you for around $75-$150. I used keyzone locksmith. A guy showed up and everything was cut and programmed in 45 minutes. He actually made 2 keys for me!

Pros
  • Requires programming and cutting by dealer or locksmith
Cons
  • Very expensive

I needed a third key for the new one a family driver. I bought this key and programmed it myself to lock/unlock the doors, truck and emergency button using YouTube and online sources. I took it to a locksmith to have it laser cut and programmed the transponder as the car won't start unless it's done. Spent about $150 which is cheaper than the dealer and the key works great. Turns out the same locksmith does the work for the dealership too, and the dealership charges about $350 to make and…

Pros
  • Fits Toyota 2010-2013 Corolla, 2009-2016 Venza
Cons
  • Some errors
