This is a really good product, easy to assemble, just read the description, this is just a shell to replace the old controller, you still need to replace the chip and print the spare key on the new one. I just left everything as it is. and put my key on the keychain I carry with me doesn't really matter, all you need is a chip programmed into your car 👍🏽 Better than paying $400 for a whole new factory key

Bought a used BMW F30 with key fob in poor condition. It looks original including the logo. The hardest part is cutting chipboard out of an old keychain.

At first I thought I had one without the BMW logo but then I noticed there was a piece of black tape covering the logo to protect it. I am very happy with it, it is very high quality and looks like OEM, brand new.

My F30 remote has seen better days and I wanted to see if there were any shells that could replace the worn out plastic. This worked great for upgrading to a new shell. I just removed the battery and chip from the old key fob and put it on the new one!
