I like the unit overall but it doesn't fit the size of my class C motorhome. I had to send it back so the size description says it fits class C motorhomes and it doesn't match mine.

Bought for my trailer says fit TT. I tried setting it to 1/2 hour. It's too big! I didn't send it back, maybe my husband can put it in. I will write another review when he does.

Love the easy install! works great and the remote works great, the only problem i have is the inside handle is loose and makes a rattling noise every time the door closes.

Works very well! The only frustrating thing is that the key fob works with both the handle lock and the latch, but the keypad only works with one of the locks. So if you leave the key fob in the house after locking both of them, you'll still need a remote or key to open the door if that makes sense. Overall - a great product although - no issues so far.

1 of 3 worked correctly. You seem to have a problem with the key fob system. The one that works has a range of 65+ feet. The other two had to be 1 foot apart. Good product if you can get a working one. I have to say that their customer service is top notch. They helped me and sent a replacement within 3 days. So buy with confidence. I would give more stars but they have a problem.

We have a 2009 Keystone Hideout and it fits perfectly. I'm not sure what other people are doing wrong, but it was very easy for me to replace this. Installation and programming took no more than 20 minutes. The key fob is a nice addition to our old lock. If you are looking to upgrade your RV this is definitely a great buy for the price. Posted a video and some before and after photos.

Worked great for a couple of weeks until we made our first trip. The keyboard suddenly stopped working. The fob and regular key were fine, but the keypad lit up intermittently and never managed to enter a code. After replacing the batteries with new ones to see if that was the reason (nothing changed), we decided to return it. There's no point paying for a keypad lock if the part you paid extra for doesn't work.
