Great replacement for my 2011 Toyota Prius keys which were almost destroyed. I went ahead and replaced the batteries while I was there as well. I made both keychains because they both fell apart. The only difference I can tell is that they don't have a logo on the back, but there is room for one in case you feel like ripping the logo off your old keyrings. Thanks for the suggestion anyway, it really saves a lot of money compared to parts from the dealer!

This product works with the key fob parts that came with my car. I actually connected the side that worked on the factory key fob to this item and restored the key lock function. It works like new. Please note that this product does not have a Toyota logo, but that doesn't matter in my case as I was able to splice the Toyota logo side of the key fob with this replacement. At least for now. Also note that the surface is shinier than the factory key ring.

If like me you're in a bind then this is a fantastic replacement option. The FOB electronics worked, but the body mechanics fell apart. I didn't want to replace the whole unit for $200-$400 so I went with this inexpensive option. I was not disappointed. I just pulled the electronic board out of the old broken FOB and put it in the new one and voila, it works like new. Highly recommended if you are in a similar situation!
