Easy to program!: Anti-theft

Bought 2 keys and had to program the first one at the dealer ($85) because I only had 1 working original key. The dealer tried to talk me out of programming, saying he couldn't guarantee it would work because he wanted to sell me a dealer key for $160 plus a programming fee. After programming, I followed the instructions and "cloned" the second key home! Took 3 minutes and both buttons work great! Both keys look exactly like the original OME key! Thank you Keyless2Go!

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Worth the money but avoid the weight like extra keychains

Great! Works fine, no problems. 7/27/19 The first fell apart while driving. The car kept running but as soon as I took it out of the ignition it started until I put it back together. No idea why it fell apart. Removed everything from my key fob that was not needed as a result (several keys and an additional key fob). There wasn't much weight so it's not clear why it fell apart. I know the second one I use and it works fine. I hope this continues indefinitely.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • There are nuances

Worked less than a year on a 2005 Jeep Commander

It worked fine at first. This was a great deal for 2 keychains, looks just like the original and arrived quickly. I had to pay a locksmith $50 to cut and program it (I was told I couldn't do it myself). I did it on September 19th, today is July 20th and he's already dead. There were a few other reviews saying it died after 7 months, I got 10. My manufacturer key fob is 15 years old and still works. I am very disappointed and do not recommend it. I'm going to the dealer to get a replacement.

Attention: both devices failed within 7 months

Okay, so justify. Delivery was fast, devices look great, first work and programming went well. Fast, easy and at the right price. The Bad: The first device stopped programming in the first 4 months of use, and the second came out right after 7 months. At first I thought it was the battery, after replacing it still nothing. The chip stays functional so I can at least open the car door and turn it on to disable the factory alarm (which now goes off every time I use those keys). As expensive as it

Replacement Remote Key

Bought these keys as a replacement part for my 2005 Chrysler 300. After receiving the keys (on time) I cut both keys at Ace Hardware for $8. After that I took it home and programmed it myself following the instructions on the company's website (to which they provided a web address). Both keys were programmed within 3-4 minutes. The buttons to lock/unlock the doors and trunk work as expected, as does the panic button. I've saved a lot of money compared to dealer pricing (big, big, big dollars…

Is working. Save some tests.

Good product. You need two original keys and you can program them without help, you just need to go to a hardware store and make a key. Or get a 4-digit PIN code from the retailer upon purchase. Read the owner's manual and buy documents for the car. Remote works on both, with me they work 2 months. So far, so good. Some other reviews have complained that after a few months they didn't work, we'll see. Much cheaper than $200 from retailer with pay-per-key. My Jeep (2005 Grand Cherokee) allows…

They fit my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee perfectly.

The keys arrived on time and I took them to my local ACE Hardware company to have them cut. Note: ACE is not responsible if the key doesn't work as I didn't buy it there. No problem, both came up and switched on the ignition. Since I already had two working keys, I was able to program them myself in the jeep. Again, you'll need two working keys to do this yourself. If available, the procedure for this is described in the user manual. Daimler/Chrysler/Fiat dropped this feature in later Jeep…

Works great. I had to contact a locksmith to cut out the blanks and program the key fobs. I also needed a 4 digit PIN from the dealer to program the keys. The dealer tried to say he couldn't give it to me but showed him the title/registration as proof of ownership and told him I had a legal right to the information which he said they would see what they do could. This gentleman brought me a printout with my chassis number and the necessary code. Most retailers do not program third-party key…
