The Khadas Passive Heatsink is an amazing product in Thermal Management Products in Industrial and Scientific field .When I tried this product, the results were amazing. It keeps my computer's temperature well within the safe range and eliminates any need for a fan. The installation process was easy and straightforward. The product is durable and well-made. The only con is that it`s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a
Pros
Efficiently dissipates heat from the computer, ensuring optimal performance.
Cons
Requires installation, which may be challenging for those without technical expertise.
This heatsink from Khadas is well designed to match their VIM3 (and presumably the Edge). It comes with two thermal pads (one for each model) that can be trimmed to provide adequate coverage for the SOC, RAM, and PMIC. I need a bigger one or one with a fan to avoid throttling and core shutdown. This one is probably perfect for things like TV box/media center use where CPU usage isn't high and silence is preferable to over-the-top performance.
