Sun protection in my review.

It gets a little warmer under the flaps, but I can't walk in the scorching sun without a hat like that. As I got older, I became very sensitive to heat. I had a similar hat while vacationing in Egypt. At least it makes walking a little more bearable on 95 degree days like now. Most importantly, avoid sunburning your neck and ears.

  • This hat was exactly what I was looking for.
Cons
  • Some customers might find the lack of color choices a disadvantage when choosing a sun hat.

Disappointed with your rating

Bought it to wear when mowing the lawn. After three or four uses, the drawstring on the back that adjusts the size ripped, making it impossible to adjust the size. Very disappointed. It also turned out that the fabric of the neck lampshade retains heat, making it very hot to wear.

  • Seems like a good deal for the money.
Cons
  • I haven't found anything better that can stay on my head like a hat. So I still wear it.

I ordered 2 pieces, one for my girlfriend's husband and one for me! They protect my neck from burns during my daily workouts in the sun and it makes me very happy!
