🚗 Kia 39180-2B000 Crankshaft Position Sensor for Engine Review

This crankshaft position sensor was easy to install (thanks Kia!) It was also a pleasure to use a genuine Hyundai/Kia part.

The mechanic wanted over $600 to order and install this part. I think I paid $15-$25 and a youtube video showed me how to install it. Genuine Kia factory part

Perfect fit for my 2014 Kia Soul. Exchange 20 minutes. Just remove the bottom plastic cover, it is next to the oil filter. A 10mm screw holds it in place. 3 months in use and still works great. The original has run 110,000 km.

This is a good product. It wasn't easy to install as it was on the 2012 Kia Rio I installed it on. However, since the installation, the car stopped spontaneously. Identical down to the clip that secures it to the metal bracket below and looks like it's straight from KIA. Very grateful for this part and the delivery was fast
