This isn't rocket science. It has a replaceable steel hinge along with a stand as shown in the picture. The instructions are photos, pretty basic. My husband broke his so I replaced it without him knowing. It came with lots of instructions which were helpful but it would have been nice if there were instructions on how to assemble it.
