Very nice to have on hand in the classroom. We're not allowed to share school supplies at this time, so my sharpeners are completely taboo. This gave me the ability to put one on each student's desk if needed and then use our cleaning products to sanitize them each night. They sharpen reasonably well but tend to be uneven on pencils, which is true of most manual sharpeners of this type. They seem pretty durable and I like having two sizes. They're small and only hold chips from one sharpening, but their small size makes them easy to transport. The top is snug fitting, however small hands might find it a bit difficult to empty. It was
