My son wears size 2.5 sneakers and size 3 flip flops. He has narrow legs. The straps are very tight and he cannot put his legs through them. As you can see, if they were a bit taller, those legs could still have room in the front and the back of the foot could dangle. The soles are soft to the touch. Flip flops appear to be flexible. In general, you need narrow feet to wear them, and also order a size or two bigger.

I've attached a photo of flip flops next to a pair of size 13 toddler sneakers. The flip flops I ordered were size 1 and about the same size as the sneakers. Now they fit well but I think they may be too small for my son by the end of the summer. The flip flops look very nice and the toe straps are made of leather instead of plastic or vinyl like cheaper sandals. Bought these for our 8 year old who fits 2-3 kid shoe sizes - got 3 Big Kid, Lake Blue for him and they work great. Ideally, he can use them next year when there is no growth spurt. I love that the insole has ribs which hopefully helps when baby gets wet feet. Can't say it slips in it so I think it's working so far! The straps seem very comfortable and he usually chooses them when he has a choice of shoes.

They were received for my son who is eight years old. I think they were a bit small but he insists they are ok! They are good quality and seem to last all summer. Considering how kids walk in shoes, that's a plus! Some of the straps seem to fit his foot when wearing them, so we're not too concerned about the fit. They are perfect for kicking. These flip flops are of pretty good quality compared to many other flip flops we have tried. The strap is fabric and my son loves that it doesn't cut between the toes and on the top of the foot. The insole is very flexible and pliable and will withstand many games throughout the summer. They dry easily when wet, and mud and sand wash off easily with water.

My seven year old seems to love these shoes. Judging by the construction, they seem pretty solid. The straps are made of nice leather and fit better than cheap department store models. They have arch support and while I'm sure it's better for long walks, they can't be worn like that, so I'm not sure how important support is. All in all good flip flops that should last all summer.

Can't say I'm more surprised at the quality...but I'm frustrated that I've worn it multiple times and it's falling apart. Didn't even make it to summer. Otherwise my 8 year old loved them.

These flip flops are amazing, I bought a pair of purple mermaids for my granddaughter, she is 5 and she is so in love with them. They're a bit big, but that's okay, so she can wear them all summer long. These shoes have a raised arch for healthy feet and won't slip when wet, such as after a swim. If you buy a pair, I sincerely hope you love them as much as we do.

These flip flops look great on my son. The only problem I have is that they run a bit small. Unfortunately, I don't think he can wear them for very long. I would order a size up if I were you!

My son loves his flip flops. The fabric toe separator is ideal for small feet. The colors are beautiful and they feel strong/made to last. That looks like 1/2 shoe size to me.

I bought these for my son who wears a size 4 in "Big Baby". I decided to go up a size and go for a size 5 in "Big Baby" instead so I don't have to worry about him outgrowing them anytime soon. To my surprise they were too small! They look good and look pretty sturdy but I will have to send them back.

These sandals are pretty cute. The design is well printed and the fabric holding them on their feet works really well and is very soft. I also love how thick they are and my daughter said they are very comfortable.
