I wanted a cool distilled water bottle for the bourbon tasting this is perfect. Nothing to say except that it looks great and the spout is comfortable to use.

Love it, wish they made a big 10 liter bowl. But the only downside to this is that it's difficult to replace a new spigot. You need a very small hand to fit in there to replace or clean. Nothing will be damaged. Many Thanks

I would recommend this dispenser as an extra water tank for my Big Berky filter in the kitchen. Seller, when I opened the box, the lid of the dispenser was broken, be so kind and only send the lid. I don't want to return the product, too much hassle as it is large and made of glass. Please resend the cover and please don't forget to add some padding. The dispenser is pretty sturdy, but the lid is a bit fragile. Hope we can get it working. Thank you Abi.

I bought this item as new. The packaging looks like something that has been returned or used. The box was heavily sealed. Not what I expected to see on a new item. It was also very worn as if it had been moved quite a bit. I'm giving it away for Christmas so I decided to open it up and check the condition. Everything seems to be there. The dispenser smells a bit fruity, so I'm curious if it's been used before. I guess we'll find out if there's a problem using it for Christmas!
