My occupational therapist uses this tape to treat lymphedema. It works great when used correctly. There is a technique. I am very happy with my purchase.

This tape was thin and not supportive at all. I have used another brand in the past which worked great but this was useless and after removing it my skin was very red and irritated.

I like this tape. It works as a great support and in my opinion is superior to any other product for stabilization and protection from further injury. I was made aware of this tape when I was a client at a physical therapy center for knee problems. I had instant pain relief. A negative. Difficult to get ribbon support. Removing the tape is pretty easy. I can highly recommend Kinesio Tape/Bandage.

Before this tape I had no idea that I was allergic to glue. I had it for less than 12 hours and ended up with an annoying rash. It's been over 1 week and I'm smearing hydrocortisone cream 4 times a day and I'm still getting through. Never again! I immediately threw it away, plus the glue still wouldn't stick and the edges kept peeling off. I don't normally write reviews but this product went straight into the trash!
