Disappointed with the Lack of Attention Paid to Customers by KINGMAZI

I went to the online store of KINGMAZI and bought a gate extension for the sake of my child's protection just recently. The shipment arrived very late and was broken when it arrived. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service, I was placed on hold for more than an hour and then transferred to a representative who was unresponsive and unable to help me with my issues. Online retailer KINGMAZI fails to live up to customer expectations

I was dissatisfied with a recent purchase I made from the KINGMAZI online shop. For the protection of my infant, I purchased a gate extension, but it did not come as described or fit my gate as I had anticipated. They weren't responsive and unable to help when I contacted their customer care department.
