I used these to make a knife holder so I needed a large quantity. I can't speak to their use with edibles, but they worked GREAT for my purpose. Sent quickly, the quality is consistent. I am very happy with this purchase.

Delivered quickly, in good condition. I use them for so many things the amount is big. Aside from the skewer, I use them to stand my aloe houseplants, over the corner of my sink to dry wet brushes, clean small cracks, etc. There are no broken ones in the packaging that I have opened and see other packaging good out outer packing. I'm sure they will be separated, but that's understandable. Many other providers charge far too much.

We use these skewers for chicken and pork skewers. (Soaking for 30 minutes before pickling the meat is very helpful when grilling. The chopsticks won't char or burn that way.)
