We use these skewers for chicken and pork skewers. (Soaking for 30 minutes before pickling the meat is very helpful when grilling. The chopsticks won't char or burn that way.) Pros: - Good value for money. These chopsticks get the job done when you need it. - They stick to the grill pretty well when soaked by hand. - They're strong for the most part. You can carry a load of meat/vegetables without bending under the weight. but. Cons: - A small portion of each package tends to fold too easily. I don't like making a "U" out of my skewers. A few skewers seem to splinter quite easily when I put the meat on. (I would say about 4-5 from each opened pack. This number decreases with proper soaking).
