Very strong and solid!

Easy to assemble, very strong construction with a comfortable padded seat! Good thing there is a round footrest around the legs of the chair! Great for those using it in a work environment! Very happy with this purchase!

Very handy in office furniture and lighting

The stool was easy to assemble and everything works as it should. The seat is very comfortable, it's the best part of the stool. Overall the build feels a bit cheap but as long as it holds up over time it's fine.

Bolts do not match

Cannot position metal part on shock body so that all 4 screws align. So I assembled it using only 3 of the 4 screws. It seems very unstable and much smaller than I imagined. The butt also sinks when sitting (I'm a 190 lb male).

Stepladder learning curve

The instructions are clear and easy to follow, but nothing is written about how it works. As a result, I didn't realize I had to sit on it for the seat to go down. I gave the seller a bad review for which I now apologize. Height adjustment information would be good. Overall I am very happy with this product!

Great product and experience!

Great product. This is exactly what I expected from a chair. It's comfortable and durable. The transaction went great, the seller contacted me and gave me return information if needed which I never had but it was very nice. Also checked after delivery to check the goods. Talk about going higher and further!

This is normal only for step stools

It's handy that it's there, but my praise ends there. The screw holes under the seat were either not positioned correctly or the seat bracket was not made to measure. The 2 screws were always off center no matter how they were aligned, to the point where I had to use a punch tool to force the screws into place. On top of that the metal base got dirty, had to sand down the corrosion with 2500 grit sandpaper. Definitely awesome but not worth the price
