MOLD grew on it almost instantly. This is a bad brush - don't buy it.

I know it's cheap but the nail brush I had before was here 3 years. This brush, of all things, already has the mold and the wood cracks. The bristles immediately began to fall out. They are not intended for car nails or for removing dirt on those nails. Too soft and made from inferior wood that seems prone to splitting and mold. It has not been stored in a humid environment or in the shower. The mold and mildew it grew were spontaneous and inherent in the product itself.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Mold on the handle after a week

Black mold formed shortly after use. Unacceptable for a product normally used near water. I have a similar wooden handle nail brush from Muji which I have used for many years with no problems. My guess is that Kingsley is using the wrong species of wood (some are more rot resistant than others) or not treating them properly. However, the firmer, angled bristles on top of the handle are a great touch.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Some minor things

Better buy a wooden spoon. This will work better.

I can't think of a less effective product than this. I could use a big wooden spoon before trying to clean my nails with this brush. After the first use she lost about half of her bristles. Also, the bristles that ar3 has are so thin and brittle that they just slide over them instead of getting under your nails. The picture I've attached is after 2 applications. DO NOT BUY!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • unreliable

After several uses, a brush's hairs start to curl like baby doll hairs

At first glance, the brush seemed too soft for manual cleaning. After a few uses, the hair on the brush will start to curl up like a baby doll. I have a feeling the brush will run out within another month. So if you're looking for a long-lasting nail and finger cleaner, this may not be for you.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

I'm usually a fan of natural products. However, after only using this brush a few times in 5 months, the wood cracked all the way down. More importantly, natural fibers are 2-3 times too soft for serious nail cleaning. This can work if you have extremely sensitive skin and are very patient, but in most cases I would recommend synthetic bristles. The shape and form is great - if it were plastic with synthetic bristles it would be a great tool.

Cons
  • You don't need paint
