After I put it to the test, I found that this fixture was not only difficult to install, but it also leaked within a week of use. The only pro was the satin finish, but it was not enough to outweigh the cons of its poor quality and functionality. Save your money and look elsewhere for a reliable bathroom fixture.

Very strong handrail when installed correctly (using wall anchors). I replaced the towel rails with them for an elderly parent but installed new wall anchors just to be safe. Finishes are good and wipe clean easily.

Bought 5 years ago. Rust spots appeared after 5 years. Have contacted the company. No Answer. Pole removed - backplate rusted and had to be discarded. Order another brand as a replacement.
