The cold/hot water temperature indicator ring was made of very poor quality rubber, was already too dry and broken when delivered. Otherwise the product is well made for its price. Pure brass faucets, which I have owned for years, tend to corrode over the course of several years if the base comes into contact with an often damp countertop.
