The product arrived exactly as described and was easy to assemble. Assembly required a rubber mallet, but in my opinion this step only increases the stability of the product. We've used it every day for two months and it stays strong.

Do not assemble this stand without a rubber mallet. A hammer will damage it even if you try to use a bumper to protect the finish. This is a metal plastic insert. Very happy with these towel rails. You are strong. Narrow for small spaces. Good side by side. Hang a large towel on a higher bar and a regular bath towel on a shorter bar. The wooden tray underneath works well as a base (as long as the towel doesn't get wet regularly).
