This device isn't just useful for woodworking; It is very suitable for other crafts such as needlework or quilting. It's solid, feels heavy and impresses me with its precision. Let's assume that degrees for measuring angles are universal, but other measurements are given in the metric system. US craftsmen using this tool must know how to work with metric measurements. Overall, though, I'm impressed with this line.

Pros
  • Built-in jig
Cons
  • No power

Metric, not imperial

Good for marking two sides of a board so I can make a straight cut with a Japanese handsaw. I have a Veritas Dovetail Saddle Marker that serves the same purpose, but this angle is larger so I can mark longer lines. I think my Swanson Speed Square is easier to use for marking corners. I had to watch a YouTube video to see the different uses. Being in the US I can't use a ruler as it's metric so I doubt I'll be using this tool much.

Pros
  • Can be used as a measure of parallel lines
Cons
  • Crumpled wrapper

Precise and durable miter ruler

The structure is strong enough. It's not flimsy and should hold up well. A few years ago I had a similar tool with a loop in the middle so it lay flat when not in use. These must therefore be stored carefully to avoid damage. What I like best is the high print quality. The labels are accurate and easy to use to get very accurate results. - Made of high quality aluminum alloy, so it is wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, durable and high-precision in use. Clear scale markings are accurate and easy…

Pros
  • 3D Angle Angle - For editing 3D shapes such as beams. High quality plastic construction, measuring scale, angle scale, 45° and 90° limiters, marking gauge, drilling jig etc.
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something
