Replacing the old carburetor on a Yamaha generator took only a few minutes. It worked the second time and now it's working fine again. The reception of the fuel line, filter and gaskets is excellent.

I expected that changing the carburetor would be a difficult task, but not only was this part half the price at the local store, it was extremely easy. The job was done in 10 minutes, the engine started immediately. What offer!

carburettor matches generator well. Our old generator with a Yamaha motor on the outside is normally closed. The generator is heavily used in our home environment for about two months a year. Few users and care little about the fuel used. E85 fuel eats the needles and seats out of the carburetor, this is an inexpensive and reliable replacement carburetor that solves this problem.

This carburetor was exactly like the original. I installed it in about 20 minutes (about 10 minutes to scrape off the old gasket) and my alternator started up the first time and purred like a kitten. With new fuel filter and gaskets. Very good value at $23 - I spent a lot of time and a can of carburetor cleaner cleaning an old carburetor. Now I know better - I'll just take another one if it happens again. HOPE NOT because in the future I will be pumping gas out of it when not in use. 🙂
