    I had to put a magnet in before I could use it properly

    The magnet used in the shaft of this brush was not fully seated. Impact sensor, LED turn signal module. I had to use large sliding pliers to properly seat the magnet into the shaft without damaging the magnet. Did the manufacturer actually test this brush on Kirby? Otherwise, they would find that they inserted the magnet incorrectly.

    Doesn't work well on fine or silky dog ​​hair

    Works fine but regular brush works better. I have days with a pet vacuum that picks up better than this pet brush on my Kirby. It literally runs all over the dog hair on my carpet and leaves it behind. This brush has fewer bristles than a regular brush and won't pick up my golden cross's silky hairs. I bought it thinking it would work, but it's sitting in the closet now. I ordered a normal brush.

    After reading the great reviews I decided to replace my Kirby brush with the pet hair brush roll. We have a pug and a long haired kitten that looks like cotton candy with constantly falling fur. This brush is amazing. It has fewer brushes, so I was hesitant to replace ours with fewer brushes, but it turns out that brush placement is important when picking up hair. I had no issues with the other scroll, but after simply attaching the new scroll I feel like I have a brand new Kirby. It leaves…

    Great replacement brush roll for My Avalir

    We have a favorite Kirby Avalir. The only issue we had was that vacuum cleaner wooden brushes tend to pick up dirt and pet hair from the carpet and turn it into a sticky film on the brush. For some reason this doesn't happen with plastic brushes. I've taken our Avalir roller off a couple of times and like to hand wash it then let it dry for a couple of days.
