Perfect, just what I was looking for. You can monitor your heart rate, exercise and sleep quality. It's also waterproof which is great and is exactly what the seller described.

I used to have a Fitbit and was perfectly happy, but things wear out and my watch has done just that. I found this replacement and it works fine but not as well as mine. But I adapt to the differences. I like the fit, the size (slightly larger) and the comfortable strap.

My first Kirlor fitness tracker would not charge. I returned it and sent a replacement. The second Kirlor fitness tracker lasted less than 60 days before it was shut down. His dead will not attack. I would not recommend that. I tried this tracker as it had a BP feature but I'm going back to my Fitbit! I work great every day!

Before measuring, you need to set the limits of your actual blood pressure in the application, and the system will only measure pressure within these limits, even if your pressure is above or below the limits , it does not show the actual one.

I bought this product to measure my daily steps, blood pressure and heart rate. On the positive side, the charge lasts longer than expected. I also like the different display options. However, the pedometer seems to be very inaccurate. For example, my steps increase from 10 to 27 just lying or sitting in bed. Blood pressure and pulse also do not seem to be reliable. My blood pressure is always low, even before taking blood pressure medication. I'm not sure if this device is for me.

I LOVE this product as I can see my steps, distance and calories burned. In addition, it is rechargeable. But may I ask, my family and I live in Alexandria, Virginia. And for the past two days we have been to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia to see my brother's college degree 👨‍🎓. Like many others I had problems deciding between this and a small wooden ax from GB.
