The oven never reaches the right temperature.

I agree with this reviewer: I wanted it to work. Some issues: e.g. preheating to 350, the buzzer announces that it will preheat when it reaches 200 degrees not 350, and it doesn't reach 350. You have to set it to 425 to even get it ten minutes AFTER preheating 300. I had the same problems. I'm returning the oven because who can cook if the oven doesn't keep the right temperature. KitchenAid is a great brand but this oven doesn't work.

This is the one. for ovens and toasters

ok seriously i have spent over a month trying to find the right countertop oven - i bought a muller oven - too small breville compact i did a lot of research and am still skeptical, bravo xl, ninja fudi etc. is a kitchen helper. I bought heat protection tape to put under the unit just in case I have it, but it doesn't get very hot, it's not noisy, I've made lasagna, fried artichokes, pizza rolls and soft pretzels with fries. .this came up at the last minute when I walked in and was about to…

    My oven is aging!

I bought this to replace a convection toaster that didn't have nearly the footprint or space that this one showed! I am totally amazed! It fits all of my 9x13 baking pans and heats up in minutes. It is suitable for all Red Baron, Tombstone and Jacks frozen pizzas. We bake pizza with the rack on its lowest position in convection at the temperature stated on the package and it's faster and more perfect! My daughter cooks homemade rolls and cookies there and I cook roasts in a large oven or we…

Honest review here. Very noisy in fryer mode. watch the video I've attached a photo of the interior so you can see how low the brewing height is. too little weight. Maybe 4-5 inches, which isn't enough for a roaster. I'm a big fan of fried chicken. It says it fits two fried chickens, so I bought it. Unfortunately, this is NOT TRUE. I love everything about it but it only got 3 stars because the roasting room with racks and all is probably 4 inches at best, maybe 5. This doesn't let the roasters…

    Mostly good, some bad.

This is an attractive tabletop unit, although not particularly small given the depth-to-width ratio. It heats up quickly, the internal thermostat is off by about 10%, which I think is pretty common for a toaster type as they turn on and off quite often during use because they have very poor insulation. The lack of insulation is also why the outside gets very warm - at 450F the sides heat up to 180F and the top 113F. The rear stays pretty cool and I didn't bother to check the bottom. It has many

KitchenAid is disappointing - don't waste your money

Let me start by saying that I am a KitchenAid addict. I have a stand mixer, a hand mixer, an immersion blender, a food processor, and dozens of small tools/utensils. I was thrilled when I stumbled upon this oven as my old one needed to be replaced and with the addition of a fryer function I was sold! Unfortunately, there are some fairly fundamental flaws that almost make me wonder if KitchenAid put their name on someone's mediocre product. This is not an air fryer as advertised, it has a…

    This is Kitchenade. PERIOD!

For decades, Kitchenaid has been my number 1 small appliance in my kitchen. In fact, the only time I've had a small Kitchenaid that didn't work properly was a hand mixer, which I returned less than 24 hours after it arrived because it was TERRIBLE. My range (not Kitchenaid) has a true convection oven that works great. . I also have an air fryer that works great too. But I needed a toaster. After seeing several different brands I decided to try this oven and I must confess that I only chose it…

Doesn't feel or work like a kitchen gadget

Dispatched today and passed multiple tests. My kids have fall break so I always try to keep up with their hungry appetites. I've made pizza, french fries, and chicken chops with mixed results. Lots of features, but there's a learning curve, especially after trying to replace a decades-old toaster. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye and is a kitchen aid that people notice and ask questions about. All of our household appliances are kitchen gadgets and we know the quality of our products…
