    Lovers of this whisk, but.

    I really like this whisk, in fact I ordered a second one after receiving the first one and ordered one for my daughter. But after using the first one for a month, and yes I put it in the cutlery tray in the dishwasher, a large chunk of the ring around the base of the whisk broke off the handle while I was using it. I still love these whisks and so far the second one I've ordered has held up well. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

    Such disappointment. on cooking utensils

    FIRST I WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS ITEM GOT A 5 STAR RATING WITH ALL THESE PHOTOS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?! *** BUYER BEWARE *** I'm in the thick of it I look down and see what I think is a sliver of metal in my bowl. On closer inspection this kitchen whisk which I have used twice literally throws splintered pieces of plastic into my batch and I had to throw out the entire mixture and this whisk I just bought. I would not recommend using this for food.

    Product quality in kitchen utensils

    We bought this in mid-May 2020. When my wife used it on July 22, or two months after purchasing it, the handle broke into several pieces. We never put it in the dishwasher and my wife only "beaten" the batter for the cake; something she has done several times in the past. I'm not sure if others have had the same experience, but the quality of this item appears to be "POOR". I think it's too late to return it or get a credit, but I'll investigate and hope to get a full refund.

    The top ring has broken off, choking hazard.

    Worked well for almost a year until the top plastic ring broke in the eggs I was beating for cookie dough. I didn't realize it until my kids complained about the hard plastic bits in their cookies. Luckily it was my older children and not the baby who found the fragments first. I had to throw away the whole load of cookies. The kitchen utensils I bought for newlyweds in 2004 have lasted me ten years or more. The new kitchen utensils don't seem to be up to the same standard.

    Don't buy this. ** PLASTIC WASTE**

    The part on top of the handle that holds the whips is PLASTIC. Falling apart after 3 uses. I used it to stir the sugar and apple cider vinegar until the sugar dissolved. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I was making coleslaw. I picked up the whisk to clean it and noticed something between the pieces of wire. It was a small piece of plastic that had broken off.     Only lasted 7 months and no customer service number

    It was a really good whisk until it fell apart. I only use it for everyday cooking and baking. I have a stand mixer for when I need to whip in heavy conditions so this whisk doesn't get overused. I bought this in May and it's now December and my whisk is falling apart. It all started when the chromed plastic ring around the base of the metal whisk slowly broke.     Broke after a few months

    This thing broke just a few months after buying it. I noticed that the handle didn't start to crack until a month after receiving it, but decided to keep using it and be careful with it. Even with careful use, it still broke completely. I'll see if the company honors the warranty and I'll follow up on this review based on response. not worth the trouble. They even asked me to return the broken whisk (at my expense!) to their warehouse. I told them I already threw it away but I have a picture of
