The most useful feature is that it integrates with Salesforce so we can get all our leads from one place! It's also great because I love being able to pull up my emails easily by date or subject matter when working remotely at home during quarantine times - no more searching through email folders looking specifically for what i'm trying find!! Sometimes there are issues where some things don't sync properly but usually they work out after contacting support team directly via chat/email (they're
