Kiwi 504 3 Mini Cleaver Review

This little cleaver cuts clean; I use it for very spicy cheddars. I want someone to make a mini cleaver that is 2 inches longer but still miniaturized (thin, short handle and blade) to cut wider blocks at once. Spring.

I bought this to use as a mini cleaver for slicing jelly brains (see photo if you don't know what it is). I am planning to make for Halloween this year. I thought it would be nice to put on a plate and obviously you don't need anything spicy to make jelly. It's delicious and will work great, but it will cut other foods too! Try it - you will like it.

This little knife is very powerful. Got my first one with a cheese board and it was so good for slicing anything I ordered 2 more when I lost my first one with some leftover veggies. I use them for chopping vegetables, roasts, as a spatula when cooking on the stovetop and of course cheese. and much more. It's very spicy. During a visit to my place my son and wife used it and liked it so much they bought 2 and use them all the time.

I live in a very small space so I need small but efficient cookware. This 3" cleaver fits perfectly. I liked the fact that the blade has a "hole punch" for easy hanging. I love to cook so I always have things handy and visible. (especially when they're this sharp are), this is important. It's not razor sharp, but it does the job for my purposes. Cut the tomatoes into smaller ones like butter! Very comfortable wooden handle. I couldn't be happier.

This knife is honestly so scary cute. He's insanely hot for his size. I was looking for a slightly larger knife but they are so expensive for such a small thing! I thought I'd settle for less with this knife because it's so "cheap" but it really gets the job done!
