I LOVE this tree tower so much. I recently got a kitten and it is perfect for her. If you live in an apartment, this is the perfect size as it doesn't take up much space. My kitty loves it. It wasn't difficult to build. The instructions were clear and transparent. Get it if you're on a budget.

First of all the "instructions" are basically useless as they are just pictures not words. Stability is good as long as your cat is under 5lbs, but if you have tall girls (10lbs) like me the whole thing will wobble and even roll over if not snug against the wall. I had to place towels/blankets around the house and on the top ledge as it's not soft carpet so they have to rest on hardwood. Not the best cat house.

The base is small so it wobbles when cats jump on the top bunk. The top bed is too small for a large cat and is oval in shape so it can only lie on it one way. The house is small and narrow as there are 3 pillars in it. The hammock is meaningless. It's too small and has zero stability even if a cat steps on it. The height is decent for putting it in front of the lower window. The fabric falls like a cat. It's very soft but very cheap material.

Got this for my new kitten when he was only a few months old. He likes it very much. He immediately started sleeping on the lower level, and when he grew up he went to the upper one. Every night he sleeps in a small bowl on the side. He sleeps downstairs in a hammock and lugs his toys down there during the day. I bought this because I wanted a small scratching post/head for our bedroom so our cat can look out the window. Mine came with instructions and was easy to put together but not very strong.
