This is NOT sealed. Every time I close it, I check that the clasp is tight. This bottle leaks constantly, and I even try not to fill it to the brim. My other metal canister, which is NOT that brand, never leaks. This brand is very disappointing. Very annoying bottle that keeps leaking.

2 years, dropped a thousand times, no leakage, daily use, original cap, and this is the best I've bought to drink enough water every day. I am a tow truck driver and drive it every day. It's easy to get used to drinking soda all day, every day, but wearing it every day for 2+ years makes it easy to stay hydrated. I also bought one for home. Never had any problems with it. Easy to clean, never leaks, withstands the toughest tests and is as important as my wallet and keys every day.
