Klipsch CDT 5800 C Ceiling Pivoting Speakers Review

These are fantastic speakers - you get a much smoother and cleaner look than my old JBLs and the ability to direct the sound with the adjustable tweeters creates incredible surround sound!

Just installed it yesterday and spent most of the day listening to it. A big improvement over my 7 year old Paradigm blankets. A very distinct thrill, but not as bright as I thought. Definitely more presence!

Klipsch makes great products and the CDT-5800 CII in-ceiling speakers are no exception. Install and enjoy your favorite music or movie. You really appreciate the quality.

Great in-ceiling speakers. I upgraded from R-1800C and the difference was worth every penny. The pivoting tweeter is a great feature and you'll notice a wider soundstage. These speakers definitely produce an amazing amount of sound for their size.

Half the speakers that arrived came in their original packaging after I installed them, the sound that comes from them is amazing, love the fact that you rotate the tweeter and change the direction of the sound. Highly recommended speakers if you want great music sound, in movies it doesn't sound as clear as a soundbar. The main disadvantage of ordering here is the lack of communication with the seller.

I use all Klipsch speakers including 2 15" front woofers with front PORTS , 7.2 and OMG , the clarity of the presence of rain came alive. This will make you ask if it's raining outside instead of the old white noise I had before. WOW, I was on the fence about the cost. and the face caps are magnetic so you can easily remove them at will.

Very good sound quality. I installed them on my ceiling for Dolby Atmos. Watching Dolby Atmos movies with these speakers really immerses you in the movie. Whether it's helicopters flying overhead, rain falling, or magical spells surrounding you, these speakers work! They were pretty easy to install. Just use the template to cut out the dot on the ceiling. It has four screws that you tighten while clamping the drywall to hold it in place.
