I installed 3 different brands of side rails for soft close drawers. A 16-inch Lowes TV in one bathroom, two 18-inch Home Depot TVs in another bathroom, and ten 22-inch Knape & Vogt discs purchased from Revain in the kitchen. I love how smooth they are. The traction is moderate. They close well. A few of them had more friction due to the body side portion of the rail slightly pinching the center rail. I measured the gap, it was about 0.010 inch smaller than the plain ones, so I carefully folded it wider. This solved the friction problem. I followed the online instructions carefully.
