it does not work: Cutlery and knife accessories

I have tried a pocket knife, a kitchen knife and a filet knife, none of them sharpened. He also scratched the blade pretty badly.

Not suitable for serrated knives

worked great on my fillet and straight edge knives, but they didn't sharpen the serrated knives. I was hoping for a universal sharpener so I was disappointed

Knife not sharpened

The design of the device is clear, it is comfortable to hold and use. But that's where the good qualities end. I've tried every type of knife we had and none came out sharper. Maybe I didn't try it properly, but I tried all the positions and techniques that were described.

Product information incorrect or out of date - no tool specs or information for serrated knives

I suspect the product has been revised, but old information (and associated reviews) are still showing. There is no feature or explanation on the box related to sharpening a serrated knife which is why I chose this item. Even the promised application to the procedures for sharpening parts was not enough.
