The knife is cool, I liked it sharp as a blade, well enough for a long time For me personally, it is even convenient to use for cleaning fruits and vegetables. Steel is cast.

I would not call it universal, rather suitable for cleaning vegetables or other products, but in general the knife is not bad, strong, comfortable and sharp in the hand. I bought it along with another Tohiro knife, a larger one, for cutting fish. I liked the tool so much, I can safely recommend it.
