For true beginners, the author does not explain much - how to start a new row (and common mistakes!), How to read a knitting pattern, how to roll a ball of yarn. And that's exactly what I've noticed in the short time I've been knitting. Maybe over time I'll use schemes, but in terms of what I'm doing I have no idea what I'm doing and want to try it? Not this book.

Please note that all adult sweater patterns come in one size (approx. size 12). Children's clothing comes in different sizes. There are no instructions on how to enlarge the sweater. You should already know how to do this, and then you're probably not a beginner. This is a basic knowledge book that is better explained on YouTube. In fact, there is nothing in this book that justifies spending money on the information it contains.
