An easy-to navigate and intuitive software

The best thing about Knowage is that it does not require any technical expertise to use. You can create dashboards without any coding knowledge. The best thing about Knowage is that it has a lot of connectors which can be used to get data from other tools which are not integrated with Knowage. A bit slow in terms of loading time. However, this can be easily solved by increasing the heap size for Knowage. I would recommend Knowage to all who are looking for a tool to create dashboards for dataโ€ฆ

Solid platform designed largely around ease & simplicity

I like that it's easy to use, even for non-technical people who have little coding experience at all! It also has an excellent community of developers behind each feature - we've been able solve many problems with their help over email or Slack messages (or sometimes just by asking in forums). There are some bugs here and there which can be annoying but nothing too major so far as long you're willing to put time into them if they exist. We were looking for something simple yet powerful enoughโ€ฆ

KnowAGE is best business intelligence and analytics software

I have used this product for solving my data mining problem which was related to customer churn analysis from call center calls, it performed very well in comparison with other products available at that time. The support team of knowage also provided me good guidance over email regarding customization or modification if required by our requirement. It provides flexibility while using any solution as per your need rather than sticking too closely to predefined solutions like others do. Nothing

  • Its user interface has been enhanced recently along side its usability , scalability & performance aspects hence we can say here nothing more needs improvement ! There should be continuous effort made towards improving UI part though because currently many people find hard working through complicated menus / tabs

Useful and straightforward platform if not having full software engineering capabilities

I like that it's an easy-to use tool for data scientists who aren't programmers, but still want to get their hands dirty with code & python scripting! The UI can be very clunky (which has been improved since we started using this product). It does require some knowledge of programming in Python or R which isn't always available at all companies where you work as a Data Scientist - so something else would need to fill those gaps when working w/o IT support from elsewhere within yourโ€ฆ
