Review on Knowage by Rip Twin

I like that it's easy to use, even for non-technical people who have little coding experience at all! It also has an excellent community of developers behind each feature - we've been able solve many problems with their help over email or Slack messages (or sometimes just by asking in forums). There are some bugs here and there which can be annoying but nothing too major so far as long you're willing to put time into them if they exist. We were looking for something simple yet powerful enough to run our entire HR department from within Salesforce. The ability to easily access data without needing any programming skills was very important because this will allow us to train new hires quickly and effectively while using sales force automation features such as auto scheduling emails/outlook meetings etc., thus reducing administrative workloads considerably when compared against other products out there where admin tasks usually require multiple steps and hours spent learning how things work.
