🎙️ Black Shock Mount for Blue Yeti Microphones by Knox Gear Review

I was nervous at first because it didn't fit my mic stand, but I just had to unscrew the gold bracket and then it fitted perfectly! He has no problem holding my blue yeti, I'm sure he won't fall. That was my biggest thing. Note: Depends on soil type. wood, tiles. You can still hear vibrations but I can definitely hear the difference! Don't expect complete elimination. In general, everything is excellent, inexpensive and reliable.

I received my Knox Gear Blue Yeti Shock on time with no damage. I noticed the brass adapter wasn't included, but luckily I didn't need it. I mounted my Yeti on a sturdy InnoGear mic stand with mic windscreen and 2-layer mic pop filter, hanging boom and scissor stand. My InnoGear came with a brass adapter, but again I didn't need it. The Knox Gear shock mount works very well. I have no complaints. Very happy with this product.

Twice I ordered a black shock absorber for the microphone and twice I was disappointed. I ordered exactly on this site and my photos show that I ordered a black shock absorber but received a silver one instead. I understand that you mixed up the products once, but it happened to me twice. Looks solid, holds the Yeti mic well and doesn't cause any problems. I actually bought a second one because the first one worked so well and my other Yeti mic had issues with the brass insert on the mic stand. Much heavier than expected for the price. The outer ring that supports the shock absorber straps and the screw loop that attaches to the mic stand/arm are metal and very durable. But the mount might hold the mic a little tighter because once you screw it down the mic still wobbles in the mount and that's because the interior that the mic plugs into is made of plastic that flexes, where metal could not.
