I bought this life jacket for my 24lb French lady. She looks adorable, but more importantly, she makes me feel better in the pool. They say the French can't swim, but that's not true. She's a very good swimmer, but I think it's safer to put a vest on her. Just don't let it dry in the sun. It will try to fall apart.

Super cute and feels sturdy enough but it wouldn't help my 50 year old dog to swim with padding that thin (even if it was made for the Size light is the one I ordered.) Ordered XL due to my dog's chest size, but then the neck opening was too big (also adjusted for the smallest adjustment). So freaked out. You'll have to stick with the more functional (and boring) store-bought life jacket.

I love this life jacket for our beloved dog! Really well made, it seems to work great and our dog is swimming just as well if not better than before buying it. Also, the cute shark fin is a great feature. Everyone takes note! I am absolutely delighted with this product and very grateful for it. It helps protect my dog and that is the most important thing.

Our German shepherd is called Nala but we call her Nanny Nala because she is always watching and taking care of our three children. Being on a boat won't stop them from going where they're going. This vest helped us understand that if she wants to jump but needs extra help, she'll get it. My husband rolled his eyes when I ordered it but giggled ear to ear when he saw it was doing her a favor (which is amazing). Many passers-by also ask where we got it from.

This is Wicket. Wicket is a 5 pound Chihuahua Australian mix. Wicket loves the outdoors but was afraid of rapids until he found the perfect life jacket. Not only did this life jacket allow us to relax and throw a few during our Class 5 rapids without worrying about Wicket, but it also gave Wicket the confidence he needs to handle the challenging whitewater. He loved it and wore it continuously during a three day rafting trip.

I got this when I saw a shark fin! I was thinking about Jaws and how cute my dog would look paddling around BUT there is a need for this vest too. The beach I go to is basically always awful under your toes and pulls you in. I feel that by putting on a vest I can help my dog not overexert himself and make him happier. I can't tell you how many compliments she gets, watch the video. I'm sure this vest gives my dog something else and when pulled it doesn't have to push through, it floats on top…
