I like ledges because I can put my soap, toothpaste and washcloth on the side. He has a fresh look. It's not very deep, if that's important to you.

I love this sink. Side tabs are handy for soap and/or toothbrushes. Basalt is a medium shade of gray that pairs beautifully with our matte black pearl granite worktops.

The Kohler sink is a superb product. It arrived in excellent condition. This is a cast iron sink and I was concerned it might not be well received. I installed it under a granite countertop and it looks amazing. Made in America, American style! colour

We placed these in a double vanity in our master bathroom. I wouldn't put it in a kid's bathroom where the ledges would just be an excuse to pile up more trash, but it works great in our room. It looks crisp, rinses off easily after shaving and is very handy for toothbrushes and contact lens holders.

I was looking for a quality sink that was a bit unique. I thought it was a model. Although the description and box say "white", it is not. And I didn't catch it until my installer installed it under my Quartz countertop. I can live with that, but I don't like an off-white color.

We installed this unusual sink in the guest bathroom which is used primarily by our grandchildren - two at a time. They love it. Each has a place on its side for toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. It's easy to clean. PLUS it has a built in overflow which many new lavas don't have! I didn't want little charms filling the sink and spilling it onto the countertop and into the bathroom! :-) We bought it in one of the fall colors and it's beautiful and attractive.

I love the design of this sink (protrusions on both sides)! Looks great and the tabs work great. The only downside is that the shape of the bowl is not designed to fully/correctly drain all the water from the sink. Small pools will collect a few inches to the right and left of the drain and will remain all day unless hand dried, eventually developing a layer of "dandruff"/red mold/mildew. It's a habit to flush the sink every time you use it, but having to wipe it down every time seems like…
