The item sent does not match the description or picture. Included was a thin/cheap rubber stand, no chrome. The rest of the shelf is actually chrome plated and high quality.

Well made and goes well with Choreograph Grab Bars, Loire Shower Head, Loire Rainfall Shower and Loire Control Valve. The Kohler stuff is a bit pricey, but you can put together a great modern instrument.

Installed by a plumber, no problem. Looks great and works. Not the longest just a good length for soap, if you need longer recommend buying a 14 inch swim shower, seems a bit cheaper. Or buy both like me!

It was easy to install and seems solid and a good fit. I think it looks good and my customer is happy with it. I wish there were suction cups or heavier rubber to make the soap dish part stay in place better. The time will show. I feel like some of the gummy soap is being thrown away as it seems pretty useless.

DO NOT waste your money. I used these shelves in a bathroom remodel and after just 9 months the wall brackets were completely rusted and falling apart. I'm completely blown away by how cheaply these things are made considering they cost $80 each. So yes, I spent $800 on shelves that decompose in less than a year. I will never buy anything from Kohler again. I've learned my lesson.

First of all, this is the nicest shower caddy you can find. At the same time, it has two fatal flaws: 1. The screws are not 100% countersunk, so they get in the way when trying to slide the shelf onto the brackets.2. The notches are very narrow when the shelf slides down. For $80 or more I don't need to modify any of the parts and it should fit properly.
