🖤 Black Kolpin Rear Trail Box - 93201 Review

Just bought and very excited. Upon closer inspection, however, I looked at the back where the hinges are and was surprised by the huge gap. It seemed distorted to me. Upon inspection, it became clear that the only place where the seal touches is the front of the box. The box is therefore neither waterproof nor dustproof. I don't expect it to be perfect, but a 1.5" spacing? I thought mine might be deformed but it looks the same in other photos. In addition, the seal itself is already peeling…

Nice little box. I have a 2019 polar sport and was happy to get it as the polar sport costs $300. Received on time but the brackets provided were too short to attach and didn't fit. Upon closer inspection, I found a rear Kolpin mounting kit that allows you to mount a box with a locking system and a luggage rack. an additional $25. But we're worth it because it makes it easy to remove the box when not needed. The set was easy to assemble and fits well. Worth every penny in my book so far. Just…

box smaller. Enough space in all four corners of the rack to attach more gear or place a longer item on the side of the wheel. I'm not sure if I like it enough to install it on my Polaris 2016. Maybe it'll go down and go to my 1998 Sportsman whisk. The quality looks good. Large enough for chainsaw with 18 inch stick, gas bottle and other wood cutting equipment. It looks pretty simple and more suitable for the impeller. Ideal for transporting clothes, groceries, 6-seater fridges and more.

This is a good product. I wasn't interested in the included fasteners or the custom mounting kit I bought, so I went to the store and bought a few things to make it work. The lid flew off a second time and I didn't know where it went. I contacted the seller (customer_service@Kolpin.com), had trouble finding his email address, but they did it right and sent me a replacement. I ended up going back to the lows, took some 10" bolts with nuts and washers, drilled a hole in the lid and bolted it down

The first ride was a four day trail ride at Hatfield and McCoy in West Virginia. On the first day of using the box, one of the two latches didn't click into place. It popped open while riding and I often had to check and reach back to snap it back into place while riding the trail. On the last day of trail riding, all of the cover came off and ended up on the trails. There are small caps with hinges, they got lost and never found on the way when the cap came loose. It's not worth the price. The first day I rode the bindings, they continued to loosen, so I added two extra U-bolts. I kept driving and the top kept popping off the hinge and I had to put it back in, hoping it wouldn't fall out again. One of the latches came loose every time I stopped, so I had to keep the box locked so it wouldn't open on the way.
