are you helpless I also!

I'm sure a more capable master, no thumbs baby. Everyone but me knows what they do with these things, I appreciate that I didn't get smacked in the face when I recalled the metal hook moving towards my house at a completely unnecessary speed. Bonus: Measured in tenths, which I never learned because I went to public school.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Available in white color only

Durability and quality at a good price.

I like the Komelon brand tape measure and trust them for their durability. My son told me about it. Now that I'm taking on a larger project I need an extra tape measure. I have had my original Komelon measuring tape for years. No kinks, no retraction issues, no issues at all. And a good price for a quality roulette. Even if you have small hands like mine (5ft 1in) you will definitely love the size of this tape measure. And it also shows you additional dimensions.

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Very satisfied: Linear measurement

Excellent value for money (fraction labelling). My colleagues like to use it. I dunked it in puddles and rubbed it down with concrete dust. It still works. Update: I ended up killing it because the hitch got stuck between the metal rail and the concrete floor too many times. I'll probably buy it again because it's cheap, but I found a $3 version from the same company. I know I'll kill these things because of the harsh environment I work in, so I might as well go with the cheapest.

Pros
  • Consistent test results

  • Nothing

Great 16 inch tape measure

Surprisingly good tape measure. The wide body corresponds to the description. The black case feels comfortable. yellow and hard to read), but actually blue. It doesn't interfere with reading but is easier to read. The lock is just right and easy to use. I'm amazed at the quality and price of this item, hence the rave review :) Edit - After 3 months of use, the end rivet broke on retraction. I ordered another one because it has become my favorite band. I'm a bit disappointed and if it happens…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Solid but white band?

The tape measure looks well built, fairly solid and smooth. relegation lock too; Mine, however, is a lighter gray band (off-white and even off-white). I don't want to sound bad or "complain" but the white strap is the main reason I ordered this (hence my 3 star rating). I have another tape measure (and I've seen quite a few in stores since I bought this one) with real white tape. There's a difference. I missed the return date anyway but that's not a problem as it has a solid construction as…

Kind of hard to read. The hook is well protected from damage.

These tapes have markings every 1/8 inch. This makes it a good choice for people who don't have much experience reading roulette. Carpenter, or if you just look at a ruler and automatically know what the markings mean, this tape measure is just annoying. This is because the markers take up so much space that the actual markers are difficult to see. So it can actually slow it down. It just depends on how much help you need to decipher the markings. Otherwise the lock works fine. This is the main

A tape measure that isn't trying to kill me

This tape represents a slight but significant improvement over the previous two major brand models that I have owned for over 20 years. Of course it has big numbers in case you go blind, but the real benefit for me is that the retreat speed is much more controlled and slower. This isn't your standard tape measure, where you open up a tape measure and watch it snake its way across the room at top speed before trying to bite your hand and face. Instead, it takes twice as long to break in and…
