This is the best BBQ thermometer. The monitor is good and the display doesn't turn off to save battery power (this is common with other doner kebab forks). Accurate, various meat and vegetable modes are recalibrated. Last but not least, it's the longest grilling fork I've ever seen, which is a big problem when you're hovering (as much as possible) over a grilled steak. So, yes, I love this grill fork. It is a must in the house.

I was surprised by the size of this thermometer. It's big and heavy but looks very sturdy. I'm a little worried that the folding mechanism might be the first thing I'll do because I'll be using it a lot, but only time will tell. I love this meat thermometer. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, accurately and quickly. My previous thermometer had a much shorter probe, so I had to get close to hot pots and pans to take the temperature. So use a long probe to stay further away from hot food and pans.
