The wine cooler reaches the set temperature very efficiently and quickly. The only downside is that the fan never stops and is VERY loud and howls loudly all the time. I placed the device in the dining room but am now trying to find another place as it interferes with eating at the table.

The first device I bought didn't work. Revane kindly sent me a replacement. A new block came and there were no shelves in it. I spent 25 minutes waiting trying to speak to customer service and then was told the store was closed for the day. And then he stayed with me. This is a HORRIBLE company. You must hate your customers. Really terrible customer experience.

very disappointed with this order. The device I received is not cooling as intended. No matter how much I lowered the temperature, it just warmed up. It looks like the fan on the back is not working. so i returned it. and guess how much I had to pay to send it back even though this unit was not working properly. Returns like $90+. it was more than half the cost of the returned unit. For me it should be 0 stars. don't order from them anymore.

The attached pictures show the unit with the wine racks removed. PROS The glass front, backlight and touch controls make this a very good looking device. CONSON only cools down to 55F. This is a big difference from the advertised 46F. Louder than expected (55dB at one foot). Sounds like a tower computer running at full load all the time. This small wine cooler is the perfect size to fit in a small area of your kitchen. I needed it to sit on a small counter between my fridge and the wall under the cabinets. On 12/26/2020 it worked immediately, but until 12/28/2020 the interior light doesn't come on and I can't switch the temperature back from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Pleased with several key features of this wine cooler, especially for a budget unit. The device isn't as quiet as advertised, but it's definitely not loud or annoying.
