Soft and Warm Basic Dog Hoodie Sweater with Leash Hole and Pocket - The Perfect Dog Winter Coat for XS-XXL Dogs in Cold Weather Review

This sweater is very warm and fits well. I am very impressed with the weight of the sweater and if you have a small dog that needs some really warm clothing in cold climates I would highly recommend it. I had to change clothes for the male because the abdominal opening was too long to urinate cleanly. I would still highly recommend it, especially for bitches who don't need a shorter belly bar.

This hoodie is super cute and comes in plus sizes for larger pups. A lot of the dog clothes I find only come in small sizes, so it's great to be able to find something that fits my furry pup. The material has the look of a mid-weight sweatshirt so my pup stays warm and cozy on cold days. Only at the beginning and end of the season can it get a bit chilly. My pup is a 65lb American Staffy so she has a large chest and torso and size XL fits her.

This sweatshirt is really good. It's very thick and soft. Unfortunately it didn't fit my 65lb boxer due to the position of the sleeves. She has a barrel-shaped chest and a very narrow, elongated chest, not a round one, so the sleeves were too tight under the armpits. Otherwise the size chart was correct; Her back is 24 inches long and the XL size only comes down to the base of her tail and fits her 32 inch chest nicely. I had to send it back but I still recommend this sweatshirt.

I bought a large for my 50lb challenge and it was WAY small. The quality seemed good and it's a cute sweater, but I'll be back and ordering an XXL (which seems odd for a medium sized dog). I also suspect that because it's 100% cotton it will shrink in the wash so I say order 2 sizes bigger than you think. It's a bit big but it works and she loves it! So pretty! The back is a bit long but I just tuck it in.

We were very happy with this purchase, it arrived on the same day as the premiere and the timing was perfect, right before the Texas winter storm this year. it kept our pup warm around his body, very easy to put on, allowed him to pee and poop even in snow, stayed quite dry, i was very surprised. However, it is not waterproof. The hood is great for keeping your neck warm, but you can't use it to cover your head, dogs don't usually like it. maybe the manufacturer could have made the neck area…

My poor pit is in Wisconsin and it's very cold! He loves this sweatshirt! You can hear him snoring in the picture! It covers his bum and isn't too tight under his armpit (almost too tight). It's stretched so its legs fit comfortably through the holes. My only criticism is that it's tight on the chest and could stretch a little more BUT as you can see he's a big boy and although I've measured he's still tight. (boy 75 pounds, size XXL).
