Bought this saucepan with lid as they said it was oven and dishwasher safe. The first one started cracking after 3 months. The manufacturer replaced it with an identical product and he also started cracking after 2-3 months, but continued to use it, thinking it was just cosmetic. Grease will now come out of the slots.

I bought this specifically for making lasagna from a recipe I found. The photos shown were in a pyrex sheet and they were all crowded. I decided it was time to find a deep pan made specifically for lasagna and I found it. It was perfect. The dish turned out great and not a single crumb spilled because it was deep enough to contain everything. It was easy to clean and is as white as it was when purchased. Excellent purchase!

Ok nice pan. I got it for braising and because it was easier to lift than cast iron. also cheaper than a really good cast-iron pan. I made a pork shoulder and it turned out amazing, the lid with the lid is good too! The only point of criticism is the small rectangular handle on the lid. I have terry cloth oven mitts and couldn't hold the lid securely to check the temperature of the meat. It's too small and too close to the lid itself. This is surprisingly hard to find: a well-made, attractive, heavy STONE WORK baking pan with matching lid. It's beautifully made (yes, it's made in China, but remember that China essentially invented high-quality porcelain and glazed earthenware while Europe and the Middle East were still cooking in raw clay pots over a smoldering fire).
